How do we get the most out of our team? our community?
How do we create an environment that is fun, rewarding, and challenging?
Thinking beyond ourselves and helping others sounds obvious, but takes daily practice to create positive change. Lucky for us, we’ve got the luminary leader, π· Samira Khan π·
Join us Tuesday at 6pm PST for what promises to be a superb talk, co-hosted by Kudra Kalema, Prince of Uganda.
We’ll explore developing empathy, or the ability to understand and share the feelings of others. This is important because it allows us to connect with others on a deeper level, and to truly understand their needs and desires.
We’ll also cover best practices to improve relationships: By thinking beyond ourselves, we can improve our relationships with others. When we take the time to understand and support others, we create stronger connections and build trust.
Foster collaboration: Thinking beyond ourselves allows us to collaborate more effectively with others. When we consider the needs and perspectives of others, we can work together to achieve common goals.
Contribute to society: When we think beyond ourselves, we can contribute to society in meaningful ways. By volunteering our time and resources, we can make a positive impact on our communities and the world.
Gain a sense of purpose: Finally, thinking beyond ourselves can help us find meaning and purpose in our lives. When we focus on helping others and making a difference, we can feel a sense of fulfillment and satisfaction that goes beyond our own individual goals and desires.
